1. Who We Are

ZoneSolutions ("we", "us", "our") operates subscription streaming services and applications, including Kuro Anime and related channel applications. For the purposes of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), ZoneSolutions is the data controller of your personal data.

2. Personal Data We Collect

We collect the following categories of personal data:

• Account data — email address, username, and password (stored only as a cryptographic hash) when you register.
• Device data — a device identifier generated by your Roku device, used solely to authorize your access to our services.
• Technical data — IP address and timestamps, used for security, rate limiting, and fraud prevention.
• Payment data — we do NOT collect or store card numbers or payment details. Payments are processed entirely by a third-party payment processor; we only record a checkout reference ID and plan purchased to verify that a payment was completed.
• Communications — emails and messages you send to our support team.

3. Data Stored on Your Device Only

Watch progress, Continue Watching position, and My List favorites are stored locally on your Roku device and are never transmitted to or stored on our servers.

4. How We Use Your Information & Legal Basis (GDPR Art. 6)

• Contract performance (Art. 6(1)(b)) — account and device data are necessary to deliver the service you purchased, process prepaid transactions, and send receipts, registration codes, and setup instructions.
• Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)) — IP logging and rate limiting to secure our services against abuse, fraud, and unauthorized access.
• Legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)) — payment records retained for tax and accounting requirements.

5. How Long We Keep Data

• Account data: for the life of your subscription plus 24 months.
• Payment references: 7 years (tax/accounting obligations).
• IP/security logs: 90 days.
• Support correspondence: 24 months.

After these periods data is deleted or irreversibly anonymized.

6. Information Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information. We share the minimum necessary data with third-party service providers that perform services on our behalf, limited to:

• Payment processing — to complete purchases (their own privacy policy applies to payment data).
• Email delivery — to send registration codes and support messages.
• Hosting and infrastructure — to operate and deliver the service.

Each provider acts as a data processor or independent controller and processes data only as needed to provide its service. We may also disclose information to comply with legal obligations or to protect our rights.

7. International Transfers

Our providers are primarily located in the United States. If you are in the EEA/UK, your data will be transferred outside the EEA/UK under Standard Contractual Clauses or the provider's adequacy mechanisms.

8. Your Rights (GDPR Arts. 15–22)

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Rectify inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Erase your data ("right to be forgotten") — note that erasing your account ends your access to the service without refund.
• Restrict or object to processing.
• Data portability — receive your account data in a machine-readable format.
• Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
• Lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

9. Cookies

Our website does not use tracking or advertising cookies. Only strictly necessary technical storage is used.
