1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using ZoneSolutions services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms, including our prepaid-only and no-refund policy described in Section 3.

2. Description of Service

ZoneSolutions provides prepaid subscription streaming services for Roku devices, including access to entertainment applications such as Kuro Anime and related channel applications and content.

3. Payments — Prepaid Services & No-Refund Policy

All services are prepaid only. Every ZoneSolutions plan is sold as a prepaid subscription: payment is made in full, in advance, for the entire subscription term selected at checkout (1 month, 3 months, 12 months, Lifetime, etc.). We do not offer pay-as-you-go or postpaid billing. All payments are processed by a third-party payment processor; by purchasing you also agree to the processor's terms.

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds. Once a payment is completed and the service is activated, no refunds, credits, exchanges, or prorated reimbursements will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Dissatisfaction with channel lineups, content, or app features
• Partial or unused subscription time
• Service interruptions, buffering, or temporary downtime
• Device compatibility issues or inability to use the service on non-Roku devices
• Accidental or duplicate purchases
• Account suspension or termination due to violation of these Terms

Subscriptions do not auto-renew. When your prepaid term expires, service simply ends unless you choose to purchase a new plan.

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer constitutes a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate termination of your account without refund.

If you experience a technical issue, please contact support first — we will make reasonable efforts to resolve service problems, but contacting us does not entitle you to a refund.

4. User Accounts & Device Authorization

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

• Access is granted per subscription plan (monthly, yearly, or lifetime where offered).
• Registration codes are single-use and expire after 24 hours.
• Devices must be authorized through our registration process. Each account is limited to a specific number of device registrations as specified in your plan; additional devices may require additional fees.
• Unauthorized devices may be denied or removed, and device authorizations may be revoked at our discretion.
• Access is personal and non-transferable — do not share, sell, or resell your account, codes, or device authorizations.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Use the service for public or commercial exhibition
• Copy, redistribute, restream, record, or rebroadcast any content accessed through the service
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify our applications
• Circumvent or attempt to circumvent authentication, device limits, or access controls
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or bulk-access the service

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Content availability may change without notice, and we reserve the right to modify, add, or discontinue features, channels, or content at any time.

7. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account, without refund, for violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, payment disputes or chargebacks, credential sharing, or abuse of the service, or for any other reason at our discretion.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPATIBLE WITH EVERY DEVICE OR FIRMWARE VERSION.

9. Limitation of Liability

ZoneSolutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 3 months preceding the claim.

10. Intellectual Property

The ZoneSolutions name, application code, design, and branding are our property. All third-party content remains the property of its respective owners.

11. Privacy

Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes what data we collect and your rights over it.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute shall be brought in the courts located in New York.
