To setup your Roku app, follow these steps:

• Go to your Roku home screen
• Navigate to "Streaming Channels"
• Search for the app by name or use the direct link from your plan card
• Select "Add Channel" to install the app
• After payment, you'll receive login credentials via email
• Open the app and enter your username and password
• Start streaming!

To change your plan, simply purchase a new plan from our pricing section. Your new subscription will activate immediately. Since plans are separate subscriptions, you can have multiple active plans simultaneously if needed.

Device limits vary by plan. Check each plan's details for the number of devices included. Some plans support 1 device, while others support 2 devices simultaneously.

Adult content is available through the Private Player Roku App. Roku devices have built-in parental controls that allow you to restrict access to specific channels. You can set up a PIN code in your Roku settings to lock channels with mature content.

Some apps offer VOD (Video on Demand) content where you can watch movies and TV shows on demand. Live sports and live TV features vary by app. Check the specific app description for details about catch-up or DVR features.

Our apps are designed specifically for Roku devices and use their own authentication systems. M3U playlist links are not provided. You must use the Roku apps from the Channel Store with the credentials provided after payment.

Some apps include built-in TV guides or EPG (Electronic Program Guide) features. The availability of TV guides varies by app. Lumina Player, for example, offers live TV channels which may include guide information. Check the specific app for EPG availability.

While you can use a VPN with your Roku device, it requires a VPN-compatible router or a Roku device that supports VPN connections directly. Our services work without a VPN, but if you choose to use one, make sure it's configured properly on your network.

All our apps are designed specifically for Roku devices. We support all Roku models including Roku Streaming Stick, Roku Express, Roku Premiere, Roku Ultra, and Roku TV.

Buffering can be caused by several factors. Try these solutions:

• Check your internet speed (we recommend at least 10 Mbps for HD streaming)
• Restart your Roku device
• Restart your router/modem
• Close other apps that might be using bandwidth
• Try connecting via Ethernet if possible
• If issues persist, contact our support team for personalized assistance

If a channel isn't working:

• Try refreshing the channel or restarting the app
• Check your internet connection
• Some channels may be temporarily unavailable due to server issues
• Sports feeds may occasionally show incorrect games - try again later
